Franklin's New Family Mansion On 4th Of July!

Franklin and Mia are driving back to Los Santos from Gorilla Town when their 4th of July celebration suddenly turns into one of the biggest surprises of the summer.

After everything that happened with Aunt Denise, baby gorilla Banga, Francitta, Jasmine, and Lil Kim, Franklin is finally ready to return home and relax. But while he is still talking to Mia about the crazy fight in Gorilla Town, Franklin gets a phone call from his dad that changes the whole day.

Franklin Sr. tells him not to return to the old Clinton family mansion because the tornado damaged it badly. Instead, he has a brand new surprise waiting for the whole family on the 4th of July. The Clinton family is moving into a new mansion.

Franklin cannot believe it. Mia is shocked too, especially when Franklin Sr. sends the location and tells them to check the place out. What starts as a normal drive back to Los Santos becomes a special family moment full of excitement, jokes, memories, and emotional 4th of July vibes.

This GTA 5 Mods episode shows Franklin and Mia arriving at the new family mansion for the first time. The house looks beautiful, expensive, and perfect for the Clinton family after everything they went through during the earthquake, tornado, and Gorilla Town drama.

Later, while Franklin is checking out the mansion, he finds out the property is worth $35 million. That makes the surprise even crazier because Franklin did not expect his dad to buy such a massive luxury home for the family. But that is not the only surprise.
