Franklin & Governor Mia Meet President Joe Biden

In this thrilling installment, join Franklin as he embarks on a patrol through the bustling streets of Los Santos in his sleek 2023 Lexus GS 350. But that's not all! Franklin's cousin Zimba earlier found himself in trouble, and Franklin must pay a hefty $1.2 million bail to set him free. Franklin finally pays that amount and his cousin Zimba is set free.

As fate would have it, the President of the United States, Joe Biden, is in town for a brief visit. Franklin discovers that his ex-wife, Mia, who is now the Governor of Los Santos, will be meeting with President Biden. Curiosity gets the better of him, and Franklin decides to attend the press conference where the two influential figures will address the citizens of Los Santos. He takes his African cousin Zimba alongside him in order for him to see the U.S.A president for the first time.

As President Biden discusses his plans to boost the city's economy and combat crime, Franklin's emotions start to stir. He realizes just how much he still loves Mia and yearns for a chance to rekindle their relationship. With encouragement from his cousin Zimba, Franklin contemplates taking a leap of faith and pursuing a future with Mia.
