In Episode 29 of GTA 5 Real Life Mod Remastered Season 3, Franklin’s world begins to shift once again… and this time, it’s darker than ever.

After preparing to move his family into their new $25 million mansion in Vinewood Hills, Franklin receives a surprising call from someone close—his brother, Mr. Johnson. It seems like Johnson is recovering, slowly but surely. They speak for the first time in a long time, and the weight of the past starts to stir again—especially the need to settle things with the Chinese mafia. But without resources or a plan, revenge remains just out of reach… for now.

Before focusing on anything else, Franklin decides to fulfill one final tradition. As part of honoring Mia’s memory, he sets out to leave flowers at her grave for the last time, following a ritual rooted in Chinese and Japanese culture—30 days of offerings for the departed.

But what was supposed to be a peaceful moment of closure turns into something deeply disturbing. When Franklin approaches the grave, something feels… off.

There’s smoke. There’s a skull. A mysterious note. The flowers he once left? Gone. Replaced with black roses.

And what Franklin finds next will shake him to his core. This isn’t just grief. This is a warning. He’s left with one thought burning in his heart: “It has to be the Chinese mafia.” With sorrow turning to rage, Franklin now knows—there’s no turning back.
