Franklin’s Girlfriend Will Forever Be In Our Hearts

About this video

In Episode 43 of GTA V Real Life Mod Remastered Season 4, Franklin Clinton’s journey in Sri Lanka continues with more twists, culture shock, and emotional moments than he ever imagined.

The episode begins just outside the hospital, where Franklin unexpectedly witnesses a Sri Lankan couple locked in a fiery, dramatic argument. Their shouting match over loyalty and cheating instantly grabs his attention. True to his style, Franklin can’t help but crack a few sarcastic jokes, reacting with that classic humor fans love. Even so far from Los Santos, drama seems to follow Franklin wherever he goes!

Once he steps inside, Franklin is shocked again—Nila Valley Divisional Hospital looks nothing like the modern hospitals he’s used to back home. With its small layout and homely appearance, it feels more like a residential house than a medical facility. Still, this is where Aaliyah is being treated after her shocking tuk-tuk crash, and Franklin knows this is where he needs to be.

The doctor, speaking with a thick Sri Lankan accent, delivers mixed news. Aaliyah will need to remain under observation for three more days to ensure her recovery. The crash left her weak, but thankfully, both she and the baby are safe. The baby is perfectly healthy, and with rest and care, Aaliyah will pull through. Relief washes over Franklin as he realizes this ordeal could have been so much worse—it’s truly a blessing in disguise.
