Kid Franklin’s Dad Proposes to His Mom

About this video

In Episode 24 of the Kid Franklin Real Life Mod, we continue one of the most emotional arcs in the entire series. After everything Kid Franklin has been through in the last two weeks—being evicted by Aunt Denise, living under the bridge with Monster Boy, traveling from Los Santos to Miami with Jasmine and her mom, discovering the truth about his parents, and finally reconnecting with both of them—today becomes the most unforgettable moment of his young life.

The episode opens with Kid Franklin still shaking from the emotional conversation he overheard between his mom and dad. For the first time ever, Franklin finally understood the truth: the mistakes, the heartbreak, the broken past, and the pain that separated his parents for over 10 years. But now, standing outside a beautiful Star Island mansion rented by Jasmine’s mom, everything begins to change.

Jasmine’s mom reveals that this mansion was rented for one reason—so Franklin’s dad could do something that might change Franklin’s life forever. As the family walks toward the mansion, Franklin has no idea what is about to happen. Jasmine and Monster Boy are excited, whispering guesses, while Franklin tries to calm himself, thinking the surprise has something to do with moving into the mansion.

But what happens next shocks everyone. Franklin’s dad—still recovering from two heart surgeries and sitting in his wheelchair—asks Franklin’s mom to step forward. With his voice shaking, he opens his heart completely. He admits his mistakes, his regrets, his fears… and then he does what nobody expected: He proposes to Kid Franklin’s mom.
